February 24th: Dressage Clinic and Lecture with Ron Postleb. Ron trains all levels of dressage, from Basic through Grand Prix. He has more than 35 years of international dressage training experience and earned a German master's degree in horsemanship or the Reitlehrer FN in 1980. He has won numerous championships at FEI levels. Postleb has built a reputation as an excellent clinician and is retained by a number of equestrian centers throughout the United States and Canada to provide practical dressage clinics and
theoretical seminars on a variety of topics related to dressage. In 1991, he was a member of a national committee convened to re-write all the dressage tests of the Canadian Equestrian Federation. The clinic has openings for 5 - 6 riders. Following the clinic we will be having a wine/cheese lecture at the Ivy Rock Farms Guest House (on the premises). The cost to be a Full Participant is $250. This includes - 1hr private lesson, auditing pass for the clinic and seat at the wine/cheese lecture. Auditors are welcome for $15 and lecture seats are open for $30. M arch 29-30th: Classical Dressage Clinic with world renowned instructor/clinician/author, Paul Belasik at Hollybush Dressage Center. Belasik has helped all levels of riders from all around the world for over thirty years. They are a diverse group, as members of various national and international equestrian teams, a North American Endurance Champion, Handicapped champions, as well as riders of various levels with no interest in competition. This clinic has openings for up to 10 participants. The cost is $430 and you will receive 2, 45min private lessons (one Saturday & one Sunday), free auditing pass for both days, and seat at the dinner lecture on Saturday night. Auditors are welcome for $30 per day or $50 for the weekend. Saturday evening there will be the dinner & lecture with Belasik. The cost for just the dinner/lecture is $65 per person. June 14th: Open House!!! Noon to 4pm. Come one, come all. Barn Tours, Camp Info, Tractor Demo, Pony Rides and much more. Bring your friends and enjoy a day at the farm.

July 11th- 13th: Technical Large Animal Emergency Rescue course. Earn 22 hours of Countinuing Education credits or just become certfied to handle emergency cases with large domestic and exotic animals. Be prepared - trailer accidents, natural or manmade disasters, water/mud/ice rescue, lifts & restraints for helicopter rescue, night search, barn fires and much more. This course is limited to 30 hands-on participants and 70 auditors. The cost is $400 for hands-on and $100 for auditing. Both will received a certifications and t-shirt. August TBD: Poker Ride at Schunnemunk Shadow Stables. Saddle up and get out on the trail and pick up 5 playing cards in sealed envelopes at designated stops- whoever has the best hand wins. Play as individuals or as a team. Miles of trail: ride to compete or just for fun. Check in desk opens at 9:00am. First ride leaves at 9:30 and then every 15 minutes after.
